At No. 03, recent site progress has encountered challenges due to persistent rainwater and garden flooding, which have underscored the necessity of implementing the proposed water retention and diversion strategy. These weather-related issues have been a recurring problem over the years and are now being addressed as part of the ongoing project.
In addition to these challenges, a major development has taken place with a significant hole now visible at the back of the house. This opening marks a crucial stage in the project, facilitating the integration of the new extensions and the reconfiguration of the existing structure.
