At No. 204, significant progress is underway. New openings have been created, old ones are being filled in, and the new roof and entrance canopy are framed out. The first fix is almost complete, setting the stage for the next steps.

Upcoming work includes the removal of existing structures to make way for new ones, aimed at opening up spaces and enhancing the layout. Once this is done, the project will shift to boarding and plastering, installing new external windows and doors, and applying thermal upgrades with external rendered insulation.
