At No. 48, progress is advancing with exciting new features.
The installation of ground floor windows and bifold doors is complete, offering beautiful summer views of the garden. The open-plan kitchen and dining area now showcase installed kitchen units and a breakfast bar positioned beneath a large picture window. A built-in bench with a cat flap is also planned for this space.
The site is preparing for the installation of timber flooring, with underfloor heating pipes recently retrofitted into the existing concrete slab. This process, though noisy and dusty, sets the stage for the final touches.
As the project nears completion, the clients are eagerly anticipating enjoying their transformed space. The large bifold doors will provide seamless access to the garden and patio, perfect for sunny summer days.
