Do you feel sad, and long for a time passed. 

I do it seems.

Built with strong stone walls, chiselled and carved with such fine detail and care, hand made tiles laid carefully upon the top. 

Something that is rarely seen these days.

You reflect a time of pride in skilled workmanship. 

Did they not gather and discuss what amount could be spent, what limit of coin was the priority? 

Did they not ask how much would be made in return?

Today workmanship skill and craft is based on a spreadsheet of numbers. 

Importance in speed is more valued than detail and craftsmanship.

Profit is the detail and care now.

You are protected because of your age, the time you were built, the skill that was used.

What is being protected.

A moment of what was right, or something we should aim for again.

Or simply to protect you from profit.
