Construction start for Residential Project in Cambourne

Works have commenced on site at the No.6 project in Cambourne.
After months of design development and preparation, it is great to see physical progress underway. The project has now moved from drawings and coordination into the construction phase, with demolition works in full swing.
Internal walls are being carefully removed to open up the existing layout, and groundworks have begun to form the new foundations. Excavations are underway, setting out the footprint for the upcoming extension and structural alterations.
As always at this early stage, the site looks raw and exposed — but this is where the transformation truly begins. Each removed wall and newly dug foundation marks the start of reshaping the home into a more open, functional and better-connected living space.
Over the coming weeks, we will see structural elements introduced, walls begin to rise, and the new form of the house gradually take shape.
