No.03 Update: Nearing Completion and Adding the Finishing Touches
It’s been a month since our last update on No.03, and what a transformation it’s been!
We’re now in the final stages, with finishing touches being added to make this house feel like a home. The external render has been applied, and the air source heat pump is installed and operational, with final tweaks underway to ensure peak efficiency.
Inside, the timber flooring is complete, walls are painted, and the kitchen is fully installed. Lighting zones have been carefully planned and implemented, the utility room is plumbed in and functional, and the shower room is finished to perfection.
One area still awaiting completion is the garden room. The bespoke glass framing, a key design feature, is currently in production. Until this is installed, the internal finishes for this space will remain on hold. This unfinished element only adds to the anticipation, as it will become a standout feature of the home once complete.
Our clients have begun moving into the space to get a feel for how they’d like to furnish and decorate their beautifully reimagined home. It’s exciting to see them envisioning the finishing details, from furniture placement to decorative touches.
The only items left on the to-do list are the hard and soft landscaping works, which may need to wait until the new year, as the winter weather has started to make its presence known.
